Open Browse and search for a word in the item title. Narrow the results with category or location filters, or change the sort order. A location includes the places inside it, so a room can include its shelves and boxes.
Open the item and tap the edit pen. Check the title and category, change the details you know and tap Save Changes. You can also update photos and notes. Reopen the item to check your changes.
Clear the search and filters first. A result photographed in Look up mode may still be in the Look up box. If the identification needs another attempt, follow Get a better identification.
