Open Browse. Apply the search and filters you want, then check the results: the export uses this list. Clear the filters if you want a wider inventory.
Open the download menu and choose Export as PDF or Export as CSV. If the options are disabled, check your plan. Wait for the file to be ready, then open, share or save it.
Open Exported files in Workbench to find kept exports. An export is a snapshot from when you generated it. Create a new one after editing your items, and check the contents before sharing.
