Check your receipt to identify Apple, Google Play or web billing. Use the same store account that made the purchase. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in time for that store's rules. Cancel in the same place you paid:
- Apple: manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- Google Play: manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Google account.
- Web: open Manage billing on your samla.ai account. Invoices and cancellation live in the billing portal.
Deleting your samla.ai account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in the store first.
